Malign Potansiyeli Belirlenemeyen Düz Kas Hücresi Tümörü ile Beraber Olan İntravenöz Leiomiyomatozis: Olgu Sunumu
Abstract
Benign uterin leiomiyom kadınlarda en sık görülen pelvik tümördür. Nadiren leiomiyom olarak düşünülen kitleler uterin sarkom veya leiomiyom varyantı olabilir. Malignite kriterlerinden bazılarını içeren, ancak hepsini içermeyen kitleler STUMP olarak sınıflandırılır. İntravenöz leiomiyomlar nadir görülen, ancak ölümle sonuçlanabilen benign leiomiyom varyantlarındandır. Bu yazıda STUMP nedeniyle total abdominal histerektomi yapılan bir olguda saptanan intravenöz leiomiyomatozis vakası sunuldu.
