Radyofrekansın Hipertansif ve Normal Sıçanlarda Duktus Epididimis Üzerine Etkileri

Abstract

Amaç: Çalışmamızda 2100 MHz  radyofrekans  (RF)’ın hipertansif ve normotensif sıçanlarda ki androjen reseptör dağılımına etkilerinin histokimyasal ve immünohistokimyasal yöntemlerle belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: 24 Wistar albino cinsi erkek sıçan 4 gruba ayrıldı. Kontrol grubuna 1 ml/gün/1 ay çeşme suyu gavaj ile verildi. Deneysel hipertansiyon grubuna 60 mg/kg L-NAME (çeşme suyunda çözünmüş) gavaj ile 1 ay süresince uygulandı. RF grubu 2 ay süresince 60 dk/5 Gün/2100 MHz radyofrekans uygulandı. Deneysel hipertansiyon modeli oluşturulan ve radyofrekans uygulanan gruba ise 1 ay süre ile 60 mg/kg L-NAME gavaj ile verildi ve 2 ay süresince 60 dk/5 Gün/2100 MHz radyofrekans dalgaboyuna maruz bırakıldı. Deney bitiminde deneklerin duktus epididimis dokularına Masson’s Trikrom ve Androjen Reseptör (AR) boyamaları uygulandı. Bulgular: Histokimyasal boyamalarda, hipertansiyon grubunda tübül epitel hücrelerinde stereosilyalarda silinme ve spermiyum miktarında azalma görülürken, radyasyon grubunda stereosilya yapılarının pinopod şeklinde düzenlenim gösterdiği tespit edildi. Her iki uygulamanın birlikte yapıldığı grupta ise tübül epitel hücrelerinde yoğun dejenerasyon ve baş/kuyruk anomalisi gösteren spermiyumlar izlendi. AR immünohistokimyasal boyamalarında hipertansif sıçanlarda tutulumun yoğun olduğu, buna karşılık her iki uygulamanın birlikte yapıldığı grupta tutulumun zayıfladığı görüldü. Sonuç: Hipertansiyon ve 2100 MHz RF maruziyetinin sıçan duktus epididimisinde belirgin hasara neden olduğu ve AR dağılımını olumsuz etkilediği belirlendi
