İntraoperatif Miyokard İnfarktüsünde Zamanın Önemi: Bir Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Perioperatif miyokard infarktüsü mortalite ve morbiditesi oldukça yüksek olan ve reperfüzyon da dahil olmak üzere tedavisine hemen başlanması gereken kardiyak bir komplikasyondur. Bu hastalarda kardiyak belirtilerin hemen fark edilip doğru şekilde değerlendirilmesi gerekir. Dolayısıyla erken teşhis ve hızlı müdahale sağkalım için en önemli faktördür. Sunduğumuz bu vaka da zamanın önemini vurgulamayı amaçladık.
